Located at Corlette Beach

Corlette Beach is one of the most popular beaches in Port Stephens and it is far enough away from Nelson Bay — the epicentre of tourism and holiday apartments in Port Stephens — to relax and unwind.

With a north-facing aspect it receives plenty of sunshine and is also well protected from the winter westerlies by Corlette Headland.

The waterfront reserve that runs the length of Corlette Beach has a delightful walking path that meanders behind the dunes and through stands of large eucalypts to Nelson Bay.

Corlette Point Road is a quiet no through road that runs for 200 metres behind the beach down to Corlette Headland Reserve and The Anchorage Port Stephens.

It takes about 1 minute to walk from The Anchor Light to Corlette Beach, 3 minutes to The Anchorage and about 45 minutes to walk along the waterfront path to Nelson Bay.

Corlette Beach is a 35 minute drive from Newcastle Port Stephens Airport (NTL) and a 2½ hour drive north of the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
